Pia Feurstein

Pia Feurstein's work experience includes their current role as a Business Development Manager at OroraTech, starting in September 2022. Pia is also a Team Member at Bundesverband studentischer Raumfahrt - BVSR's Lift-Off team since October 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Pia worked at AZO Anwendungszentrum GmbH Oberpfaffenhofen from October 2019 to August 2022. During their time there, they held various positions, including Project Manager for ESA BIC, where they supported startups with their technical and business needs in the ESA BIC Bavaria incubation program. Pia also served as an Evaluation Expert for space-related innovation competitions, such as Copernicus Masters and INNOspace Masters.

From September 2012 to April 2018, Pia worked as a Team Leader at Der Bäcker Ruetz. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Bachelor Thesis Student at Tirol Kliniken GmbH. Additionally, in August 2014, Pia worked as a Front Office Assistant at Bezirksblätter Tirol GmbH.

Pia Feurstein completed their Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from MCI | The Entrepreneurial School™, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they received a bilingual education at Akademisches Gymnasium Innsbruck from 2007 to 2015. Pia then pursued their Master of Science in Science and Technology Studies at UCL, which they completed from 2018 to 2019. In August 2018, they obtained a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from Cambridge Assessment English.
