Benjamin Pfister

Benjamin Pfister's work experience includes a position as Director of Operations & Partnerships at Orr Fellowship starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Rheo Engineering as a Process Design Engineer from August 2021 to September 2022 and as a Regional Sales Manager from April 2018 to August 2021. Benjamin also had a role as a Validation Engineer at Clarke Solutions from January 2018 to April 2018. In addition, they gained experience as a Parenteral Commercialization Intern at Eli Lilly and Company from May 2017 to August 2017, as a Manufacturing Engineer Intern at Amway from May 2016 to August 2016, and as a Production Management Engineer Co-op at Cargill from May 2015 to December 2015. Prior to their professional career, Benjamin worked as a Farm Employee/ Equipment Operator at ABC Farms from June 2005 to June 2014.

Benjamin Pfister obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from Purdue University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.
