Sarah Stremlau

Sarah Stremlau is currently serving as the Chief Strategy and Operating Officer at Orr Group, where Sarah leads the development and implementation of firm-wide strategy. With extensive experience in strategy and philanthropic advisory roles, including positions at LOCUS Impact Investing and Arabella Advisors, Sarah has a strong background in empowering nonprofits and social changemakers to achieve greater impact. Prior to their current role, Sarah held various leadership positions at Orr Group and worked at organizations such as the National Endowment for the Arts and The World Bank. Sarah holds an MBA from The Wharton School and MA and BA degrees in Sociology from Stanford University.
