Kendall Blue

Kendall Blue, MEd, MBA has had a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kendall is currently serving as the Director of Professional Talent Development at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Technology Training at the same company from February 2019 to September 2022. Before joining Orrick, Kendall was associated with KPMG US, where they served as the Associate Director of Learning and Development Strategy from October 2015 to February 2019. Kendall also held the role of Manager of Learning and Development from July 2014 to September 2015. Furthermore, Kendall worked at Rothstein Kass as the Manager of RKU from February 2013 to June 2014, during the time when the company was acquired by KPMG US. Earlier in their career, Kendall worked as a Technology Trainer at Jones Day from August 2005 to February 2013. Kendall also worked briefly as an Associate at Worth Linen Associates in 2005. In their early professional years, Kendall served as an Assistant Trainer/Administrative Assistant at Warburg Pincus LLC from July 2002 to February 2005 and as an Administrative Assistant, Leasing at Related Urban Development from October 2000 to July 2002.

Kendall Blue, MEd, MBA, completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts and International Relations at Marymount Manhattan College from 1993 to 2000. They then pursued a Master of Education in Adult Education and Distance Learning from Penn State University, which they completed from 2008 to 2010. In 2012 to 2014, Kendall Blue obtained a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Memphis. Additionally, in 2015, they obtained certifications in Google AdWords and Google Analytics from Google.
