Khrystyna Daines has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Khrystyna began their career as the Just Lvit It! hostel Chief Administrator, where they were responsible for setting up and launching a new hostel successfully. Khrystyna then worked at Nestlé as an HR Administrator, overseeing the transition of HR processes and implementing process refinements. Khrystyna then joined Suttons Group as an International Administration Support Officer, where they managed logistical rate inquiries for chemical goods transportation. Khrystyna then moved on to Amec Foster Wheeler as a Process Analyst, followed by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where they held roles as a Continuous Improvement Analyst and an HR Operations Projects and Transition Manager. At Pinsent Masons, Khrystyna worked as a Lean Six Sigma Manager, playing a crucial role in transforming legal operations and delivering process improvements. Currently, they work at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP as a Business Transformation Lead.

Khrystyna Daines completed a Masters degree in International Economics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, from 2007 to 2012.
