Ian John Lastimoso

Ian John Lastimoso has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Ian John started their career as an End User Support Specialist at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated in 2016, where they provided basic troubleshooting and desktop support for various operating systems.

In 2017, Ian joined Open Access BPO as a Desktop Support Engineer. In this role, they relocated and configured desktop devices and phones, managed inventory, and patched software to ensure data security. Ian later transitioned to the role of Network and Telecommunications Engineer, where they maintained documentation, managed VoIP tools, and implemented network infrastructure changes.

From 2020 to 2022, Ian served as a Senior Network Engineer at Open Access BPO. Ian John provided detailed technical documentation, oversaw the company's network and policies, and managed network devices. Ian John also monitored SIEM logs and implemented network projects to achieve high availability and performance.

Currently, Ian works at Orro Group as an L2 NOC Engineer, starting in 2022.

Ian John Lastimoso completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Network Administration at the University of Makati from 2011 to 2016, specializing in Information Technology. Additionally, they obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco in February 2019, and the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from Fortinet in February 2020.
