Amber Farris

Amber Farris has a diverse work experience in customer success and operations management. Amber started their career at ASF Payment Solutions in 2010 as an Account Manager, where they built relationships with enterprise and small business owners to increase revenue. Amber then progressed to roles such as Client Support Supervisor and Customer Operations Supervisor, where they coached and developed employees, focused on client retention, and demonstrated exceptional leadership. In 2020, they joined OrthoFi as a Practice Advocate Manager before being promoted to Director of Growth, Renewals & Retention. Throughout their career, Amber has consistently focused on building relationships, increasing value for clients, and driving successful outcomes.

Amber Farris completed an Associate's Degree in Human and Behavior Science and Natural Science from Napa College in 1995. Amber then pursued Pre-Physical Therapy Studies at California State University-Sacramento from 1995 to 1997.
