Ray Garrison

Ray Garrison has extensive work experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Ray has held various leadership roles at different companies, including OrthoPediatrics, Medtronic, Stryker, and Biomet Microfixation. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing quality systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing product development and manufacturing processes. Prior to their career in the medical device industry, Ray served in the US Navy as a Missile System Technician.

Ray Garrison has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Columbia College, which they obtained from 1991 to 1993. Ray also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida, which they earned from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they have the ASQ Certified Quality Auditor certification from ASQ - World Headquarters, obtained in June 2012. Furthermore, Ray Garrison holds the Six Sigma Black Belt certification, obtained at Johnson & Johnson.
