Christine Keyser

Christine Keyser has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Christine is currently the Human Resources Director at Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster, LTD. and North Pointe Surgery Center. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager at Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories. Christine also has experience in project management and HR consulting at Highmark Health and Highmark. Additionally, Christine has served as a Board Member at the Human Resource Professionals of Central PA Chapter. Earlier in their career, they held positions as an HR Recruiter and IT Technical Recruiter at Susquehanna Bank, Highmark, Romack Inc., and Oxford International.

Christine Keyser completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications: Public Relations from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 2003. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Elizabethtown College. In 2014, Christine attended Learning Tree International, where they obtained additional certifications including Complex Project Management and Project Management. Prior to their university education, Christine attended Lancaster Catholic High School from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they have obtained various professional certifications such as SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in January 2015, Project Management Specialist from Learning Tree International in December 2014, PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in September 2014, and Professional Recruiter from AIRS in December 2010.
