Ellen Girouard

Clinic Manager & Physical Therapist at Ortho Rhode Island

Ellen Girouard has a long and varied work experience. Ellen began their career in 2012 as a Faculty Assistant, Project Assistant, and Office Assistant at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. In 2014, they served as the Coordinator of the Simmons College Hand-to-Hand Program at the Barbara McInnis House for the Homeless, and also completed a Clinical Experience at Elite Physical Therapy. In 2015, they were the Committee Chair for the APTA of MA Student Special Interest Group. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Physical Therapist at First Physical Therapy, LLC, and then as a Clinic Manager & Physical Therapist at Ortho Rhode Island.

Ellen Girouard attended Simmons University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science. Ellen then continued their education at Simmons University from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy in Physical Therapy/Therapist.
