Emily McLaren is currently the Global Head of Customer Support at Ortto. Prior to this role, Emily held the position of Customer Support Lead for APAC & EMEA at ActiveCampaign. Emily has a background in customer service, having previously worked as a Product Support Coach at ActiveCampaign and as a Service and Support Specialist at Intuit. Emily holds a Diploma of Education in Business Administration and Management from Torrens University Australia. Additionally, Emily completed a Certificate III in Hair Styling/Stylist and Hair Design at Victoria University.
