Christine Allaire

Christine Allaire has extensive experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on sales and brand management. Christine started their career at L'Oréal, where they worked as a Business Manager for Lancome and Biotherm. Christine then joined Clarins Group as a Spa Director, where they managed a team and oversaw the operation of a spa and shop in Montreal.

Following their time at Clarins, Allaire joined Laura Mercier Cosmetics, initially as an Account Executive and later as a Regional Sales Manager. Christine successfully launched distribution into Sephora stores and introduced a new brand to the market. Christine eventually became the Executive Director of Canada, leading the sales, training, and marketing operations for two brands, and managing a team of direct reports.

After Laura Mercier, Allaire worked at SWAROVSKI as the National Director of Sales & Retail Partners. There, they not only managed the multi-brand wholesale division but also launched the franchise division in Canada and oversaw the 3-year full distribution plan for all divisions. Christine also took on the role of Interim Director of Retail, managing the entire Canadian market.

Allaire then joined FARSALI as the Vice President of Sales, Global. In this position, they managed the global portfolio and was responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, wholesale and retail achievements, partner management, distribution, and trade marketing.

Following their time at FARSALI, Allaire founded their own consulting agency called C&A Consulting Group. As the founder, they offered boutique services to prestige beauty and lifestyle brands, providing support for brand launches, retail expansions, and overall business strategies.

Most recently, Allaire worked at Zephyr Beauty Experts LLC as the Director of Sales, North America. In this role, they managed a portfolio of 14 brands across 11 retailers and led a team of direct reports. Prior to that, they were the National Sales Manager, responsible for retail partnerships, strategic planning, new brand negotiations, and trade marketing for a portfolio of 10 brands.

Currently, Allaire holds the position of National Director of Sales at Orveon Global.

Christine Allaire has a degree in Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) with a focus on Photography from Concordia University. Additionally, they have expertise in aesthetics and esthetics, having pursued a Master Aesthetician/Esthetician program at Collège Inter-Dec in Montréal.
