Mervin Fernandes

Mervin Fernandes is an experienced Restaurant General Manager currently leading Nando's Qatar under Oryx Group For Food Services since November 2022. Previously, Mervin served as a Projects Implementer at Beetle and Goliath Health and Sustainability Marketing Agency, where responsibilities included event planning and management. Prior to this, Mervin held multiple managerial roles at Nando's UAE, contributing to restaurant openings and ensuring high standards of service. Mervin’s early career included positions at Infinity Food & Beverages LLC and Unilever, where operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction were prioritized. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Hotel Management and a High School Diploma from St. Andrew's College of Arts, Science and Commerce, complemented by secondary education from St. Anthony's High School in India.
