DR. Khalid Ibrahim Khalid serves as the General Counsel and Board Secretary at ORYX GTL since August 2005, contributing to the organization’s success through effective legal guidance and risk management while ensuring corporate governance and compliance. Prior to this role, DR. Khalid held positions as Legal Manager at ORYX GTL and Legal Counsel at Marafiq, where responsibilities included overseeing legal services and advising senior management on various legal matters. DR. Khalid's career began at Arabian Industrial Fibers Company (Ibn Rushd) as Legal Counsel. Educated at the American University in London with a Doctorate in Philosophy focused on Human Rights Law and holding a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Khartoum, DR. Khalid combines extensive legal expertise with a strong academic background.
