Ben Burnside

Ben Burnside currently serves as the Talent Acquisition & Retention Coordinator at Osborn Engineering since February 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing recruiting efforts for multiple regional offices, managing full cycle recruiting, and enhancing onboarding processes. Previously, Ben was an Executive Recruiter at Direct Recruiters, Inc. from June 2021 to February 2024, and held various managerial roles at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from February 2015 to June 2021. Ben also has military experience as a Unit Supply Specialist in the United States Army Reserve from November 2008 to November 2016 and worked in logistics at Target from August 2014 to February 2015. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Kent State University.
