David Grundy

David Grundy, FCIPD, has a range of experience in the field of Human Resources. David started their career at The Co-operative Bank plc, where they worked as an HR Analyst on a contract basis from September 2008 to January 2009. David then joined Ticketmaster Entertainment in June 2009 and held various HR roles, including HR & Payroll Assistant, HR Advisor (Multi-Site), and Senior HR Advisor - MCIPD. In January 2014, David moved to SPX FLOW, Inc. and held positions such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager - EMEA, HR Business Partner - Europe Transformation Projects, Global HR Business Partner, HR Director UK & Ireland, HR Director - Global Sales, and currently as a Senior HR Director - Pumps and N&H.

David Grundy, FCIPD, completed their education at the University of Liverpool from 2005 to 2008 where they earned a degree in Human Resource Management. David further pursued their education at Manchester Metropolitan University from 2010 to 2012 and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM. As for additional certifications, David earned the EU General Data Protection Regulation Practitioner certification from IBITGQ in 2018, as well as the EU General Data Protection Regulation Foundation certification from the same institution in the same year.
