Hamayoon Sangi

Hamayoon Sangi is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in mechanical project engineering and commissioning. Currently serving as a Senior Commissioning Engineer at Osborn Engineering since January 2023, Hamayoon previously led the facilities condition engineering assessment department for the US Army Corps of Engineers-CTAN-CT, overseeing a team of 60 staff from June 2018 to August 2021. Prior roles include Senior Mechanical Project Engineer at MBC, where project work involved commercial and residential developments in Kabul, Afghanistan, and Mechanical Project Engineer at ACEN, working on commercial and military projects in Laghman, Afghanistan. Earlier experience includes a mechanical engineering role at MACTEC & AMEC Engineering & Consultant Inc., focusing on HVAC systems and water treatment facilities. Hamayoon holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kabul University and various technical certifications in HVAC, refrigeration maintenance, and electrical work from AGT Institute of Technical & Professional Education.
