Joshua Rollins

Joshua Rollins is the Manager of Recruiting Programs at Oscar Health. Joshua has over six years of experience in recruiting and employer branding. Prior to joining Oscar Health, Joshua was a Senior Content Marketing Specialist at Quantcast where they owned global employer branding strategy, ran lead-generating webinars for North America, and created video content for employer branding. Joshua also served as the lead for the LGBT Employee Resource Group, Pride Alliance at Quantcast.

Before Quantcast, Joshua was a Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer at Edmodo. In this role, they coordinated the recruiting process for all roles and sourced qualified candidates for technical roles.

Joshua began their career as a Project Coordinator, Employer Relations at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In this role, they worked on various projects across the Career Management Center including impact analysis, database creation and content creation. Joshua also interned at Google in their People Technology & Operations department and served as a PsychConnect Peer Advisor at Stanford University.

Joshua Rollins attended Stanford University and the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science. Joshua has certification from LinkedIn in Creating a Positive Customer Experience, Enable Your Team for Success with LinkedIn Talent Insights - Assessment for Corporate Partners, Influencing Others, and Start Your Talent Insights Journey Assessment. Joshua also has certification from Coursera in Foundations of Project Management.
