Lynn Adrian has extensive work experience in project and program management, with a focus on customer deliverables and strategic initiatives. Lynn began their career as an intern at JNB Marketing & Events, where they gained exposure to event planning and marketing. Lynn then interned at Luck Media & Marketing, assisting with press coverage and client updates in the entertainment industry. Following that, Lynn interned at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, organizing press clippings and compiling media contact lists.

In 2012, Lynn joined Triumph Group as an Executive Assistant to the Division President, managing administrative tasks and facilitating communication with customers, suppliers, and employees. Lynn later transitioned to the role of Program Administrator, overseeing deliverables, customer communication, and cross-functional team collaboration.

In 2014, Lynn joined AT&T as a Coordinator for Knowledge Management Systems, where they managed projects and reporting for a knowledge management system used by customer service representatives. Lynn then moved on to become a Project Manager, overseeing training initiatives for call center and retail customer service representatives. In their role as a Senior Project / Program Manager, Lynn managed large-scale strategic training initiatives for the Customer Experience and Operations Team.

In 2019, Lynn joined Alatus Aerosystems as a Program Management Lead, responsible for managing customer commitments and internal/external workflows. Lynn successfully balanced resources and priorities to develop schedules and timelines, collaborating with various teams to ensure customer deliverables were met.

Currently, Lynn is working as a Consulting Project Manager at Osceola Consulting, LLC. In this role, they apply their project management skills to drive successful outcomes for consulting projects.

Throughout their career, Lynn has demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills, successfully managing projects and initiatives that support organizational goals. Lynn holds an MBA and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
