Aaron Gigous

Aaron Gigous currently serves as an Organizational Development Advisor at OSF HealthCare, a position held since July 2019, focusing on aligning organizational culture with strategic goals. In addition, Aaron has been an Adjunct Professor in Entrepreneurship at Bradley University's Foster College of Business since August 2018, teaching on effective management strategies. Previous experience includes a long tenure at Advanced Technology Services, where Aaron held various roles, including Senior Program Manager for Operational Excellence and 6 Sigma Master Black Belt, overseeing operational improvements and training initiatives. Earlier roles include Store Development & Facilities Management and Financial Analyst at Family Christian.
