Raymond Amoroso III Esq. has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Raymond'smost recent position was as the Chief Compliance Officer/Principal at O'Shaughnessy Asset Management, LLC, a multi-billion dollar institutional money manager. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of investment adviser compliance, SEC policies and procedures, hedge fund formation, and legal document review. Raymond also acted as a de facto in-house General Counsel. Prior to this, Raymond worked as an Attorney at Stark & Stark, specializing in entity formation, financial services, securities, broker-dealer and investment adviser compliance. Raymond was also involved in counseling and advising RIA firms registering with the SEC and state departments of securities. Raymond has also worked at Bisys-DML Global Services LLP as a Senior Associate providing tax advisory services and compliance to the private equity fund industry, and at Deloitte as a Senior Tax Consultant. Raymond began their career as an Intern at the IRS District Counsel, where they gained experience in IRS/Tax Court practice and procedure.

Raymond Amoroso III Esq. obtained their High School Diploma from Christian Brothers Academy between 1986 and 1991. Following this, they attended Rutgers University from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Subsequently, Raymond enrolled at Seton Hall University School of Law from 1996 to 1999 and earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Law.

In addition to their formal education, Raymond Amoroso III Esq. obtained a certification in "Learning to Be Approachable" from LinkedIn in June 2022.
