Jeffrey Oelke

Jeffrey Oelke has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in various leadership roles. Jeffrey began their career at Oshkosh Corporation, where they served as the Corporate Sr. Principal Engineer and later as the Director of Operations, overseeing daily operations and implementing policies and procedures. Jeffrey also worked at Winnebago Industries as the Director of Operations and Director of NPD, Quality & Warranty Administration. At Centro, Inc., they held dual roles as the Plant Manager and Director, Corporate Quality, and later as the Director, Corporate Quality. Jeffrey has also worked at McLaughlin Body Company, CNH, Crown Equipment Corporation, Autocar, and Oshkosh Corporation - McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc., in various quality assurance and management positions. Throughout their career, Jeffrey has focused on improving processes, developing strategic plans, and ensuring total quality across multiple functions.

Jeffrey Oelke obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Management and Quality Management from the University of Minnesota Crookston between 2006 and 2010.
