Jim Van Slyke has an extensive background in the field of IT and digital transformation. Jim started their career in 2002 as an IT Manager at Caterpillar Inc., where they managed UK IT infrastructure shared services. From there, they held various roles within Caterpillar Inc., including being a Six Sigma Enterprise IT Division Champion for the CIO and an IT Manager for Global PC Lifecycle Management.

In 2012, Jim joined Caterpillar Inc. again as the Director of Enterprise IT PMO and later became the CIO of US Engines in 2013. Jim worked in this role until 2015.

Jim then moved on to GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) in 2016, where they served as a GLG Council Member until 2017. Jim then joined Oshkosh Corporation as the CIO of the Commercial Segment, where they were responsible for digital transformation strategy and business value delivery.

Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated their expertise in digital technology transformation, digital customer experience, and digital manufacturing. Jim has successfully implemented new systems, increased e-commerce, and identified new digital product opportunities.

Jim's work experience reflects a strong focus on driving innovation and delivering business value through digital transformation.

Jim Van Slyke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, with a major in Decision Sciences.
