Matthew has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Director of Digital Technology Program Management & Vendor Management at Oshkosh Corporation, Director of PMO & Supply Chain at INTREN, LLC, Manager of Project Management Office at Spot Trading LLC, and Director of Project Management Office at True Value Company. Additionally, they served as SVP Manager of Project Management Services at BankAtlantic and Project Manager at Union Planters Bank. Matthew has demonstrated a track record of driving cost savings, improving speed and agility, and successfully overseeing strategic projects for companies across various industries.

Matthew Kirchman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997.
