Nick Malm

Nick Malm has extensive work experience in various roles within Oshkosh Corporation and Plexus Corp. Nick joined Oshkosh Corporation in 2006 and held positions as a Production Buyer, Project Leader, and Project Manager, successfully managing large-scale government awarded manufacturing contracts. In 2012, they joined Plexus Corp as a Program Manager II and later transitioned into roles such as Senior Engineer, Continuous Improvement Leader, and Senior Continuous Improvement Leader. In 2017, Nick returned to Oshkosh Corporation as Director of Operations Engineering and recently assumed the role of Senior Director of Operations Engineering & Automation in 2022. Additionally, they briefly worked at Greenheck Fan Corporation as an Assistant Materials Specialist in 2004.

Nick Malm attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Supply Chain & Ops Management (SCOM). In addition to their degree, they hold certifications including a Six Sigma Black Belt from Acuity Institute, an Internal ISO Auditor from ISO, and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Moresteam University.
