Cindy Li

Cindy Li's work experience includes serving as the VP, Senior Legal Counsel at OSL since March 2021. In this role, they support business and senior management in various areas such as M&A, investment, partnership deals, SaaS, and technology transactions. Prior to OSL, they worked as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates from 2017 to 2021, representing tech companies and financial institutions in PE, M&A, and capital market deals. Cindy also has experience as a Summer Research Scholar at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences at NYU in 2013.

Cindy Li's education history includes earning a Juris Doctor and Master's in International and Comparative Law from Duke University School of Law from 2014 to 2017. During the same period, they also pursued a Certificate in International Development Policy from Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy. Before that, from 2010 to 2014, Cindy studied at New York University where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics, with a minor in Art History.

Additionally, they have obtained certifications in the field of blockchain and law from Blockchain Council as a Certified Blockchain & Law Professional in May 2022. Furthermore, Cindy acquired an Advanced Valuation certification from NYU Stern School of Business in 2019.
