Jean Yan

Jean Yan has extensive experience in technical account management and client service, currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at OSL since March 2022, after previously holding roles such as Technical Account Manager and Technical Analyst. Prior to OSL, Jean worked at Fidessa from September 2011 to February 2022 as an In-house Implementation Analyst, and completed an internship at HSBC from September 2008 to August 2009. Jean holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in the same field from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
