Research Assistant at Osler Diagnostics

Emily Jones has a background in various laboratory and research roles. Emily worked as a Research Intern at De Montfort University from October 2021 to March 2022, focusing on the flammability of bedding impregnated with emollients. Emily then joined Cellmark Forensic Services as a Forensic Laboratory Scientist from June 2022 to April 2023, where they gained competencies in DNA laboratory processes and forensic DNA examination. Currently, Emily works as a Laboratory Technician (Assay Development) at Osler Diagnostics starting from April 2023.

Emily Jones attended De Montfort University from 2019 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Science. Prior to that, they attended Guilsborough Academy from 2017 to 2019, where they completed their A levels in Chemistry, Applied Science, and Art. From 2012 to 2017, Emily attended Guilsborough Academy and completed their GCSEs, including core subjects, Art, geography, Health and Social Care, and Sport Science. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a CPR certification from HDP Medical Services & Supplies Ltd in November 2021.
