Candice Matos

Candice Matos has a long and varied work history. Candice began their career in 1996 as an Assistant Manager at McDonald's, where they monitored food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food, counted money, and investigated and resolved complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. In 2008, they moved to Dawn Foods Global as a Product Line Director, where they planned work schedules, assigned duties, and collaborated with workers and managers to solve work-related problems. In 2010, they became the General Manager at Bair's Fried Chicken, where they organized and directed worker training programs, resolved personnel problems, hired new staff, and evaluated employee performance in dining and lodging facilities. In 2016, they returned to Staffmark as an Onsite Manager, where they provided direction and worked hand-in-hand with a staff, serviced employment needs of customers, developed and maintained excellent client relationships, promoted new business, and investigated and resolved day-to-day concerns. Finally, in 2018, they joined OSM Worldwide as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where they supported the Business Unit management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. Candice also drove project management for various HR initiatives including management training and development, succession planning, policy review and implementation. In 2022, they were promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager at OSM Worldwide.

Candice Matos obtained their Diploma in General Studies from West York Senior High School between 1996 and 2000. Candice then obtained a Basic Shift Management Course from McDonald's in 2000, followed by an Advanced Management Course from McDonald's in 2002. In 2013, they obtained a Fork Lift Operator certification from The Turbon Group. In 2016, they obtained a Certification Compliance Audit from Orion Registrar and an Internal Compliance Audit from Greeneye Partners, LLC. Candice is also First Aid and CPR Certified from the American Red Cross, obtained in 2022, and has two ServSafe Certifications from ServSafe Certified and McDonald's obtained in 2012 and 2004, respectively.
