Megan Brandt

Megan Brandt has worked in a variety of roles in the human resources and marketing fields. In 2021, they began their current role as HR Manager for OSM Worldwide. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as Human Capital Coordinator for Sikich. From 2017 to 2019, they served as HR Assistant for Arlington International Racecourse, where they coordinated new employee onboarding for three-hundred plus employees, maintained workers' compensation claims and files, and administered the employee recognition program. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as HR Data Analyst for Kishwaukee College. From 2014 to 2015, they were Events and Marketing Assistant (Paid Intern) for Sycamore Chamber of Commerce. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as Campus Representative for Krass & Co., where they developed a communications strategy to effectively promote the company's brand and identified the target audience in order to determine the communications strategy objectives. Additionally, from 2013 to 2014, they worked as Summer Intern for Sycamore Chamber of Commerce, where they maintained the Discover Sycamore website and social networking sites, created designs for digital advertisements, wrote press releases, and edited Constant Contact to send weekly newsletters.

Megan Brandt completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communications, with a minor in Business with Marketing Emphasis, from Valparaiso University in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Sycamore High School from 2006 to 2010. No additional certifications have been reported.
