Neil Alexander has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Neil began their career as a Field Service Technician at Copy World America in 1995, where they provided field service and support for digital duplicators. Neil then worked as a Field Service Technician at Right Computer, responsible for hardware support on financial processing check sorters and processing systems. Neil later joined Unisys Corp in 1999 as a Client Service Representative, performing hardware and software maintenance and support in various environments. Neil then transitioned to Unisys Corporation as a Client Services Manager, where they managed teams and implemented cost-saving measures while improving client satisfaction. In 2011, Neil joined Osmose Holdings Inc as an IT Support specialist, resolving system and equipment problems for domestic and global users. Neil also administered various products and applications. Most recently, Neil worked at Osmose Utilities Services, Inc as a Project Coordinator. In this role, they focused on customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services, working closely with customers, sales, and field teams.

Neil Alexander completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from Medaille University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Technology from the State University at Buffalo, finishing in 1999. Additionally, Neil Alexander pursued studies in Telecommunications Management at SUNY Buffalo in 1998.
