William Keeton

William Keeton has extensive work experience in the field of tax management. William started their career at Price Waterhouse & Company in 1981, where they prepared and reviewed individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns. William also handled retirement planning, tax estimates, IRS audits, and consultations with executive client management.

After working at Price Waterhouse & Company for four years, Keeton joined Dewoody and Company as a Senior Accountant from 1985 to 1987. William then moved on to Proctor, Crook & Company, where they served as a Tax Supervisor from 1987 to 1989. Following that, they worked for Dole Food Company as a Tax Supervisor from 1989 to 1991.

In 1991, Keeton joined W.R. Grace & Co as a Tax Accountant II, where they worked until 1995. During this time, they gained experience in various tax-related responsibilities. In 1995, they briefly worked at WILLIAM C. KEETON as a Senior Accountant Worldwide Tax Audit.

From 1996 to 2012, Keeton served as a Tax Manager at Tropical Shipping, handling tax matters for a $350 million containerized shipping business serving the Caribbean region and the Bahamas.

In 2012, they joined Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions as a Corporate Tax Manager. Here, they were responsible for all federal and state tax returns, tax provision, audits, fixed assets, capital spending, and forecasting.

In 2017, Keeton moved to Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. as a Tax Manager, where they are currently employed.
