With over 15 years’ experience within the aviation industry, Bruce has built a strong reputation as an innovative leader with a proven track record for increasing sales, expansion and profitability in start-up, turnaround and growth environments.

Using his extensive experience in leading high-performing teams and establishing strategic partnerships, Bruce directs the Osprey team on all commercially focused activities globally, driving success at a strategic, tactical and operational level.

Bruce also works closely with industry bodies to drive a collaborative approach to information sharing with the express purpose of improving aviation safety and security.
