Carl Saunders, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources and Legal roles, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Total Rewards at The Coca-Cola Company since November 2019. Prior to that, Carl held various leadership positions at Coca-Cola European Partners for nearly two decades, where Carl specialized in executive compensation, HR strategy, and legal counsel. With a Bachelor of Laws degree from Nottingham Business School, Carl's expertise in Total Rewards and HR make him a valuable asset to any organization.
