Randy Hagler

Randy Hagler has a wealth of work experience in various engineering and managerial roles. Randy is currently serving as a Principal System Engineer at Ossia Inc. since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Panasonic Avionics Corporation, where they served as a Principal Engineer from September 2013 to December 2021, followed by a role as Director of Software Applications Development from August 2006 to September 2013. Before joining Panasonic Avionics Corporation, Randy was the VP of Engineering at Trabuco Technologies from 2002 to 2006. Randy also held the position of Engineering Manager at Orcad and later Cadence Design Systems from 1998 to 2001, Engineering Manager at MicroSim Corporation from 1990 to 1998, and Software Engineer at Hughes Aircraft Company from 1984 to 1990. Randy's extensive experience in engineering and management positions highlights their expertise in the field.

Randy Hagler holds a BS degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from New Mexico State University.
