Krysti Paul is the Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Osso VR. Krysti has over seven years of experience in designing, developing, and administering training programs and curriculum.

Krysti began their career as a Curriculum Consultant at Behind the Wheel Driver's Ed, where they created training programs for new drivers. Krysti then became the Learning Management System Administrator at Total Quality Logistics, where they oversaw the implementation and administration of the company's learning management system. In this role, they also developed training programs and curriculum for employees.

Krysti Paul then became the HR/Payroll Connection Support Center Supervisor at Catholic Health Initiatives, where they supervised a team of HR and payroll professionals. In this role, they were responsible for managing employee inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to employees.

Krysti Paul joined Groups Recover Together in November 2017 as the Training Program Manager. In this role, they oversaw the development and implementation of training programs for employees. Krysti also worked with the field leadership and IT teams to develop workflows and SOPs. Krysti Paul served as the EMR Super User, supporting the EMR team with troubleshooting and communicating with staff when problems arose.

In October 2020, Krysti Paul was promoted to Director of Business Operations. In this role, they managed several projects simultaneously, focusing on staff impact and appropriate timing. Krysti gathered buy-in from stakeholders, solicited

Krysti Paul attended Amelia High School, where they earned their high school diploma with honors. Krysti then went on to study journalism at the University of Kentucky, where they earned their bachelor's degree.
