Alan Kessel

Alan Kessel has over 25 years of work experience in human resources and people management roles. Alan is currently the Vice President of People, Americas at Össur since November 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Sodexo Worldwide Home Care from January 2021 to November 2023. Alan has also held leadership positions at Comfort Keepers, loanDepot, PAAMCO, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Gateway, The Walt Disney Company, and Aon Corporation.

Alan Kessel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UC San Diego from 1991 to 1994. Alan later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Colorado Denver from 1995 to 1997.
