Jono Castleton

Jono Castleton has held various roles throughout their work experience. Jono began their career at Blackford Capital, LLC as a Senior Associate, where they oversaw three portfolio companies and participated in consulting projects and management meetings. Jono then worked as a Summer Consultant at Deloitte Consulting before joining Peterson Partners as an Associate Intern, conducting due diligence and valuation analysis on venture deals and private equity buyout deals. Castleton later served as the Head of Growth at Chatbooks, where they led unit economics analysis and built the foundation for the growth team. Jono also worked at the U.S. House of Representatives as the Campaign Finance Director for Congressman Chris Stewart. Castleton held positions at Broadreach Capital Partners and Hardware by Design, serving as a Senior Project Director and a Board Member and COO/CFO, respectively. Currently, they are the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Össur, and they previously worked at the company as the Strategic Projects Director. Additionally, Castleton was the Managing Director of Lionel Partners.

Jono Castleton obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters of Accountancy from Brigham Young University in 2008. Jono later completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same institution in 2016. In addition, they completed a Web Development 16 Week Bootcamp at Devmountain in 2016. Jono Castleton also holds a certification as a CPA.
