Zuhdi Abduljawad

Zuhdi Abduljawad has extensive experience in customer care and contact center management. Zuhdi is currently the Director of Customer Care & Accounts Receivables at Össur. Prior to this, they worked at Orlando Health as the Director of the Contact Center for Orlando Health Medical Group, where they successfully redesigned operational processes and improved key performance indicators. Before that, Zuhdi served as the Director of Customer Experience & Marketing at Zubair Automotive Group llc, where they led the launch of a state-of-the-art call center and implemented effective quality measurement metrics. Zuhdi also has experience as a Customer Care Division Manager at the Department of Transport, where they managed improvements in service delivery and obtained ISO certifications. Zuhdi has held leadership roles in customer care at Tameer, Mobily, and Etisalat, where they implemented successful strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and manage call center operations. Zuhdi began their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Williams Fire & Hazard Control and an International Sales Specialist at Emergency One Inc.

Zuhdi Abduljawad obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Florida State University between 1994 and 1998.
