Sonam Deshmukh

Sonam Deshmukh has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Sonam is currently working at OSTC Ltd. as the Talent Acquisition & Development Lead since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Talent Acquisition Lead - Global at OSTC Ltd. from March 2021 to January 2023. Sonam also worked as a Freelance Consultant from March 2020 to February 2021. Before that, Sonam was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Citi from September 2017 to January 2020. Sonam also worked as an HR Generalist at CRISIL Limited from October 2015 to March 2017 and as a Recruitment Consultant at Sofomation Energy from May 2014 to September 2015. Sonam started their career as a Management Associate at UPVAN ART FOUNDATION from December 2013 to February 2014. Sonam also gained experience as a Human Resources professional at DNV GL from November 2012 to April 2013 and as an HR Intern at ONGC from May 2011 to June 2011.

Sonam Deshmukh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship Development in 2009. Sonam then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Mumbai from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they also obtained certifications in Financial Markets (AMFI-Mutual Fund) from RBI and in Information Technology from the Government of Maharashtra in 2009 and 2004 respectively.
