Jenni Isotalo

Jenni Isotalo is a seasoned professional in the field of pharmacy and medication safety, currently serving as a Medication Safety Officer at Österbottens välfärdsområde - Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue since September 2021. Previously, Jenni held the role of Erikoissuunnittelija at the Finnish Centre for Client and Patient Safety from January 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that, Jenni worked as a Coordinator and Clinical Pharmacist in the Emergency Department at Vasa centralsjukhus | Vaasan keskussairaala from August 2017 to September 2020, and as a leading pharmacist in clinical pharmacy and logistics from July 2011 to February 2014. Jenni Isotalo holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Eastern Finland, earned in 2011.
