Simon Schöpf

Simon Schöpf is a versatile media professional with extensive experience in journalism, social media consulting, and digital media. Currently self-employed at simontour and serving as a Media Expert with the Österreichischer Alpenverein since 2019, Simon focuses on social media and website management in outdoor sports. Previous roles include Corporate Publishing Graduate at Red Bull Media House, where Simon worked as a social media and online editor at Bergwelten, and IT Consultant positions at Swarovski and ar18 architects. Simon holds a PhD in Sociology and Digital Media from Universität Innsbruck, alongside a Master's degree in Digital Media & Society from Uppsala University and a Mag(FH) in Management & IT from MCI.
