Benjamin James Ralph

Benjamin James Ralph is currently working as an Investment Manager at B&C Innovation Investments since January 2024. Prior to this, Benjamin served as a Platoon Commander in the Austrian Armed Forces and was an Officer in Training at IQuMa GmbH. Benjamin James also worked as a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company, where Benjamin James contributed to various restructuring and organizational model projects. Benjamin has a diverse educational background, including a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick and a PhD in Digitalization and Digital Transformation in Metal Forming from Montanuniversität Leoben. With a solid foundation in metallurgy and international management, Benjamin has a wealth of experience in both military and civilian sectors.
