Cate Hughes

Cate Hughes is currently the Director of Food And Beverage at Oswego Lake Country Club and the Founder & CEO of Inspired Hospitality Solutions. With a background in hospitality, recruiting, and operations, Cate has extensive experience in brand development, staff acquisition, and culture building. Previously, Cate founded Rotigo Portland LLC, a 'fast-healthy' organic eatery, and has held leadership positions at various companies such as ONNO t-shirt company, WhatsMyWine, and Olé Imports. Cate's education includes a BS in Political Science and International/Global Studies from the University of Oregon.
