Gregory Peppel

Gregory Peppel has worked at Lighthouse as the Head of BI Product since 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Avero from 2008 to 2022, including Vice President of Product, Director of Product, Senior Manager of Product Marketing, Product Marketing Manager, and Product Manager. Gregory also worked as a Food and Beverage Analyst at Avero from 2008 to 2009. In 2007, they were a Management Intern at Restaurant Associates.

Gregory Peppel attended Cornell University from 2006 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration.
