Erwan le Dantec

Erwan LE DANTEC is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and scientific leadership. Currently serving as an artiste peintre and apiculteur while taking on a voluntary role as a RH advisor at OTECI, Erwan previously held significant HR leadership positions at Sanofi from 2005 to 2020, including Global HR Partner for the France R&D Hub and Site Head in Massy, managing a large workforce and various operational functions. Before Sanofi, Erwan gained valuable experience at Aventis Pharma and Rhone-Poulenc Rorer, leading teams in analytical sciences and quality operations across multiple sites. Educational credentials include an Ingenieur Agronome degree in Analytical Chemistry from Institut national agronomique Paris-Grignon.
