Karolina Janiszewska has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2023, they served as the Head of Global Business Services at Oterra. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they worked as the Finance Manager - P2P & GL for Global Service Center at DLA Piper. From 2013 to 2019, they held various positions at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, including Regional Finance Training & Development Manager, Invoice to Cash Global Transition Leader, Operational Team Leader, and Team Leader. Before that, from 2011 to 2013, they worked as an Accounting Specialist CEE & Baltics at CHEP. Karolina'searlier work experience includes the role of Executive Proceedings Specialist at Law Office H.T.P Puniewska from 2009 to 2011.

Karolina Janiszewska obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu in 2011. Karolina then went on to complete their Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa we Wrocławiu in July 2021 and the ITIL 4.0 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2020.
