Armando Vargas has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Armando is currently the Managing Director and Partner at Ótima Ideia since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CVC CORP as the Head of Analytics, Marketing 5.0, Digital, Innovation, Customer Experience, and Growth Hack from August 2020 to September 2022. Armando also worked at Deloitte as a Digital Transformation, CX, and Analytics professional from April 2019 to March 2020.

Before joining Deloitte, Armando had roles at Lima Consulting Group, where they served as an Account Executive from September 2015 to October 2018 and as a Solutions Consultant from November 2014 to August 2015. Armando began their career at Google as an Associate Account Strategist for Google Latam from December 2012 to October 2014. Armando's earliest experience can be traced back to Strategic Group Latam, where they worked as a Consultant from February 2006 to November 2012.

Armando Vargas holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree from University Loyola. Armando also obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strategic Management and Project Evaluation from Universidad San Sebastián.
