Tate Gould

Tate Gould is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in leadership and policy. Currently serving as CEO of AnLar, Managing Partner at AnLar Group, LLC, and President of Otis Educational Systems, Inc., Tate also holds the position of School Board Member and Chair for Falls Church City Public Schools. Previous roles include CEO of SPEDSIS, Deputy Director and Senior Program Officer at the U.S. Department of Education, and Program Director at the American Democracy Institute. Tate's academic credentials include a PhD in Education Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master's in Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, and Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
