Nancy Salib

Nancy Salib has worked in three different companies: OTO Courses, Mashreq Bank and CIB Egypt. In OTO Courses, they have worked as a Business Development Specialist since 2022, where they plan approaches, participates in pricing the solution/services and handles objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. At Mashreq Bank, Nancy has been a Call Center Agent since 2022, where they handle customers, clarifies issues in accounts and answers inquiries and questions of customers. Lastly, at CIB Egypt, Nancy has been a Telesales Agent since 2020, where they sell personal loans for existing customers, works on CRM, T24 and Card 400 systems, and makes opportunities on CRM and follows them until the case is booked.

Nancy Salib attended Cairo University from 2022 to 2022, where they earned a degree in Accounting and Finance with a Good +.
